The official ‘soft-touch’ launch of the area has started; with drivers’ having until 11:59:59pm 13 June 2021 to get ready for the new daily fee or ensure a suitable exemption has been obtained.
The zone will run 24-hours hours a day; with drivers having multiple methods to pay for the charge via the Government payment scheme website, or by phone (0300 029 8888 – Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm).
