Driver CPC Course Dates

There are no upcoming events at this time.

As we are sure you are aware, the Driver CPC qualification was implemented as of the 10th September 2008 for bus/coach drivers and from the 10th September 2009 for HGV drivers as a legal requirement.

This is where we at TMC ASSIST come in; with staff having over 12 years experience in transport consultancy and operations, we are pleased to announce that we have been accredited to provide all the necessary training and certifications to enable drivers to gain this compulsory qualification.

You should be aware that drivers who already held their licenses prior to September 2008/2009 are required to meet a deadline for completing this periodic CPC course, which is 2013 for bus/coach drivers and 2014 for HGV drivers.

There is a total number of 35 hours training required for the periodic CPC course. We have divided this 35 hour requirement into five 7 hour course modules, which can be offered as class-based courses at our training facility in Rochester, Kent or as in-house training courses at the offices of our clients.

Our modules will encompass all of the knowledge set out in the syllabus by the JAUPT a professional driver will need to know in order to stay one step ahead of the consistent changes legislation.

If you are interested in booking a course with us; either as a class-based or in-house course, or have any questions related to the regulations surrounding the Drivers’ CPC please feel free to contact us either by email at admin@tmc-assist.co.uk or by phone on 01634 731310.
