With new rules coming into force from 1st January 2021 for EU-Bound hauliers; and as yet no firm agreement on a Free Trade Agreement or other acceptable terms, operators will need to prepare for a enhanced controls at the border.
The window is open from today(Monday 2nd November 2020) until Friday 20th November 2020; during which you can apply for permits to cover all your business to the EU. But caution; late applications will not be accepted.
