The Department for Transport & the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency have updated the document “Temporary relaxation of the enforcement of the retained EU drivers’ hours rules: all road haulage sectors in Great Britain (until 10 February 2022)” on the Gov.uk website.
The relaxation will now run from 12:01am tomorrow (12th January 2022) until 11:59pm on 10th February 2022.
